Brisbane Dive Academy

Brisbane Dive Academy is now running regular charters departing Manly Harbour to various dive sites around Moreton bay, including, Manta bommie, Flat rock, Boat rock, Middle reef, Shag rock, Curtain artificial reef, The Cementco (aka Crusaider II), Tangalooma wrecks, The pines, Hendersons reef, Hutchinsons shoal, St Paul and many many more.

Winter is a great time of year to keep your eyes open for whales as they migrate up the east coast to their breeding grounds on the Great Barrier Reef.  Locally we also have the largest resident population of bottle nose dolphins and you may also see an elusive Dugong.

Winter is also Grey Nurse shark season so expect to be spending some time swimming with these amazing denizens of the deep during the cooler months.

The vessel is able to hold 8 passengers and 2 crew in comfort, with onboard facilities for your comfort and enjoyment.  Each trip will depart Manly harbour at 7am and return at approximately 2pm, however these times may vary depending on the trip destination.

On each and every trip you will be looked after by one of our friendly, knowledgeable Divemasters or Instructors, they will provide you with a thorough brief of the area as well as show you where all the cool stuff is.  We will also provide tea, coffee and some light refreshments to make your trip enjoyable.

The cost of a double boat dive is $160 including tanks and weights, with full hire gear $210
