To earn the PADI Instructor rating from SSI Instructor the process is quite simple.

Step One: Complete the PADI OWSI program

Step Two: Attend and pass the PADI Instructor Exams

Step Three: Become an EFR Instructor

Step Four: Start teaching PADI courses

The PADI OWSI program focuses more on the PADI system of diver education and then reviews and refines teaching techniques.
